Why this exists
HUD inspects every property it subsidizes and publishes the scores — but as spreadsheet downloads scattered across two websites, in files that each hold only a slice of the history. There is no official page where you can just type a property's name.
This site is that page. One property, one URL, the whole scored record: the NSPIRE score from the regime HUD switched to in 2023, and the REAC scores from the twenty years before it. Tenants, journalists, and buyers all read the same federal numbers.
